Love the game but MZ is killing the spirits of players and their pockets...I have seen more players leave these last 6 months then I have the 1.5 years I've been playing. I have thought of quitting myself. Unless something changes by the end of 30 days I will be out!

GoW once was a strategic and fun game, until MZ destroyed that with excessive daily updates that only can be achieved by spending 100s of dollars PER WEEK. It's like a mortgage.. I know at least 40 ppl who have left GoW and now are happily spending money elsewhere, with very few regrets.

If you don't pay, you can't play. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game, and it never ends. Once I get close to completing the upgrades, I soon realize that now my account is obsolete. Then need to spend hundreds more to get the new items. I've lost many troops to MZ glitches and lag that have been costly. To put the cherry on top, when I have contacted MZ about the issue, they pretty much blow me off and do nothing to fix it. I have paid $.99.99 for packs and never got the items delivered, MZ says it's not their problem and haven't reimbursed me. I would love to get my hard earned money back from this game, for MZ is always making changes forcing me to spend more money just to keep up and be able to play. This is not a free game like they advertise. This is unacceptable. This is false advertising, bullying and deceiving. Someone needs to stop these MZ scandalous.

Poor IT and customer service. Same generic response as everyone else not even reading the ticket for what the problem your having is.
