The updates are way too frequent it's too much. Let us play and get used to new features and challenges before you bring out new ones MZ.

I really used to like this game before the multiple per week updates. Before it was worth spending some money because you could be current, and have time to tweak your account. Now, unless you spend a couple hundred dollars a week, you cannot be current for more than 12 hours.

I have personally contemplated quitting the game over these new features. It has been very hard to keep up without spending $100's every week. Also, with the lag (from game, not internet connection) and the game crashing, ALL THE TIME, I feel that there is really no point in playing except to socialize with the friends I have made within the game.

You had a great product that people could play and enjoy the the game. You have now changed it to a giant black hole money pit that I personally can no longer see the use in spending money to be maxed for less than 2 hours before a new release comes out. Releases are coming out so quickly that no one can keep up with them. Not to even mention glitches that can zero people in one hit. I'm so tired of contacting you with problems to get generic answers that do not touch upon the issues we are having. I'm to the point I have dumped so much into your pockets it makes me sick. This is a game to be enjoyed not to lose your life savings on, or in one case someone embezzling money just to stay on top of the game.
Think hard about what you are doing to the players that have been loyal to you for years. It would be nice if the loyalty was reciprocated!!! You had a great thing and you have ruined it beyond compare. Your IT Department cannot even keep the servers up to date due to the speed and lack of thought on the new "enhancements".

I agree with this. MZ is allowing players who have spent count less hours of their time and significant financial investments to incur total losses. They respond with automated responses and rarely correct or reimburse for significant game issues that occur. It seems the current strategy is to force players out of the game. Shame on MZ for not giving back even a bit of what they have received.

Mz is ruining a life game that a lot of people love on a level more than just a game its a bond that a lot of us have with others . I feel at times mz wants us to quit they don't care a bout us . Without us there wouldnt be a game . WE ARE THE GAME MZ REMEMBER THAT . Where would you be without customers NO WHERE . You need to care what you do mz cause the ones you screw over in GOW FIRE AGE WILL NEVR PlAY ANOTHER MZ GAME SO YOU WILL LOOSE IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE . STOP BEING IDIOTS AND ASSES AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS .

There is a lack of understanding from customer support and what really annoys me is they act as though they play however under their own terms and conditions workers cannot play so telling me they get it is ludicrous and demeaning to my common sense.

The releases have gotten out of hand as of the last 6 months. People who have spent a lot of money over the years are getting zeroed on next new release. You never had to worry about about the next release, weeks would go buy and you still would be safe and relevant.
Case in point if you were buy 1 big pack a week you will get zeroed by the end of he week.
1 year ago that was not the case. What is happening here?

The game used to be enjoyable, but now you have to sink $1k a week to stay relevant and spend hours daily to build, research and troop training. The game more closely resembles Sim City than a war game. And don't get me started on the Alliance City.
