Mz never listen when you contact support as far as they are concerned their game has no glitches or issues they are not interested in what us players want they just want our money. NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS

You are absolutely right, also there is no way to obtain certain items to upgrade buildings and gear other than to purchase yet another pack! Definitely not free to play.. :(

I have played this game for 4 years and i always enjoyed it up till about 1 year and up ago i have been playing this game since 14 years old and being young i have not a lot of money to spend but i have spent a lot these days! It is unimaginably ridiculous and tremendously stupid that MZ has become the monster we all used to enjoy! This game has to be changed gor the players who pay hundreds and or thousands of dollars for this game! MZ needs to do much better with their game before everyone quits!

I agree, the wallet spending updates are out of control and I’ve seen many quit as well. MZ has no regard for its customers, just how fast they can fill their bank account. With the kingdom merges they just did, you can see how many spenders they’ve lost because they keep upping the anti every other day now. Makes me want to quit and not spend another dime.

Yes it is very disturbing that accounts that would cap a whole rally without a scratch suddenly get zeroed with one rally. I understand new updates means more power and the need to adjust but to open up the ability to pour a ton of money and zero a 1MT player in one rally just isn't right.

GOW used to be a game where people came to play and make relationships that were able to flourish over time. Now, sadly, the game has become a game of wallets that no one can afford. In just seconds you can go from being a top player to completely zeroed! Not to mention that the updates have become so irrationally ridiculous, not only in time or resources, but in frequency! The game used to be fun. It was something I looked forward to playing every day in my free time. Now, it is something I dread because there is either always another new update that is going to cost me more than ANYONE can afford, or to another message and or email telling me my long time friends are quitting because they can no longer afford to play, not just monetarily, but emotionally as well. This game is draining our bank accounts, and our spirits. Tech support and the IT at MZ, could care less about our complaints. All they do is send out the same repetitive dribble over and over again, pushing off all our concerns in exchange for cash. In short, MZ has completely ruined GOW. You seriously should be ashamed of yourselves. And, look forward to me quitting soon too, because I predict it is in my future.
