Mz exploited my will to play a game, and stole my investment by constantly intentionally depreciating the value of my purchases. It's a scam. Money should be returned to the players. Laws should be created to change this schemes to steal people money by deceive the consumers.

I've been zeroed because of glitches, I was stuck in another kingdom, away from my friends, due to their lies about the merge, and was forced to buy the transport I needed in an overpriced pack ... after receiving only ONE generic reply

Tired of the copy and paste "sympathy"! They need to either reimburse players victim to these solos from unreleased sh and hero levels their money back, ALL OF IT, or every troop they lost. Permanently ban the hackers and glitchers.

I concur. With what had occurred this past week with big accounts being zeroed by accounts that have sh, hero and VIP that have yet to be released and not giving the ones zeroed their troops back they have broke their terms. Only right to reimburse them financially

The ethics by which mz is now operating does not promote team (alliance) play as when many of the great players have followed and shared with us all. Now MZ has based participation on a predatory feed our pockets and never stop or die principle. Chain letter type cookie cutter responses don't fulfill the obligation to people that have invested $1000s in currency like no other game in gaming history. I no longer wonder what happened to the televised ad campaigns, must be skirting the legal lines of ethics
