Covid-19 has affected almost every aspect of our upcoming experience at The Fuqua School of Business. In the pursuit of equitable outcomes among classmates, we believe it is imperative for Fuqua to adopt a grade non-disclosure policy for the 2020-2021 academic year. Classmates will almost certainly be juggling many different hats and dealing with many different stressors throughout the school year. Many will be dealing with the toll of both, personal, and loved one's health concerns. Furthermore, classmates with children will, at times, be forced to serve as educator and full time caretaker to children who would normally be in school Monday through Friday. Aside from these concerns, everyone in our class will be dealing with different delivery methods related to school content. These issues, along with those yet expressed, highlight the need for Fuqua to adopt a grade non-disclosure policy that serves to alleviate academic pressures in a time where equity is not possible.

We understand that Fuqua has been reluctant to change this policy in the past. However, we believe this is a necessary change that needs to be made for the benefit of the students and the school in providing as equitable of an experience as possible. We hope you strongly consider this and we feel that the time is now for this policy.
