Fund The Reed House, it must stay open & grow-up to be a model for Mental Illness Recovery in Georgia!
The Georgia Legislature needs to be encouraged to pass or promote a special appropriation to fund or otherwise support the already submitted proposal for The Reed House in Savannah, GA. It's the only Clubhouse program in the State & Georgia's Mentally Ill patients need it to become productive members of society & save taxpayers money that this program will accomplish.

Why Now?
The investment in this program will prove that within Georgia's services for the Mentally Ill we can affect change & positive outcomes of enabling this population to become functioning, productive members of the community, with jobs & self sufficiency by supporting an evidence based Clubhouse Model. It's been proven successful all over the country & the world. In Greenville SC, our sister program has grown up to be very productive & has been a positive influence in the lives of many mentally challenged individuals.
Savannah really needs this place. my brother has been struggling for years and there is nowhere for him to go. keep it open!!
