I have 5 children who attend Ontario Schools and their quality of education is a big concern for our family. Minimizing school funding means larger classes, fewer teachers and less opportunties for our children. To ensure a promising future for our city, state and country....FUND THE FORMULA FULLY!!
It will be financially devastating and unfair to Ontario If the state legislature goes back on its word to reimburse schools for TPP losses. That is not a solution to the school funding issue.
As a Senior Citizen who has sent my children to Ontario Schools and now have grandchildren in the schools. feel our money should stay in our community. We moved to Ontario to have good schools and expect our tax money to stay in this community.
The idea of creating and implementing a school funding formula and not fully funding it is beyond comprehension.
I am a school board member and tax paying citizen of the Ontario School District. We are continually punished via the "capacity to generate revenue" scenario, while failing schools receive millions more very year.
We have to stop this now!

I have two children in the Ontario school system and pay A LOT of money in property taxes. I have no clue how other school districts are receiving funding and the Ontario school system is not. We pay such a large amount in taxes that I feel like the schools should reap the benefits...otherwise I am unclear as to where this money is going. Please fund our schools to keep the excellence in our schools!
