Attending Sandhills Farm Life myself, having daughters who were and are students as well. We made the decision to raise our children in the SFL district for the very reason of knowing what a great school it is. I am happy with the school and the staff/teachers are the best! There is an overcrowding at SFL. The out of state tags in the drop off and pic up line seem to multiply each day. We are all so very lucky to have this gem in our small town. However, we need MORE GEMS! My view is from several angles, as a previous student of SFL, mother of SFL and MCS sub. The classes and schools are overcrowded. Our current schools do not allow growth at all. The growth is great in so many ways. The schools need to build according to the growth that has not happened but is going to happen. I love Moore County and want to see the school system improve by providing the students the greatest environment and opportunities possible. Liz

Our teachers and students deserve SO much more. Their well being, nutrition and safety should be one of our first priorities. Get it done. You are better than this. Show it!

Our kids deserve the best...... smaller class sizes are a great idea.....BUT!!! Adding 6 more mobile classrooms is NOT a great idea to make this possible......please help us keep our kids safe when they are at school...

I fully support the use of funds for a new elementary school construction. Our future depends on the proper education of our children and teachers. The new School will alleviate overcrowding and the security issues surrounding compromised safety of our children in mobile classrooms. Thank you.

As a new Moore County resident, I have been shocked by the sheer number of students enrolled at SFL considering the school's physical size. Safety is of the utmost importance to my family and, currently, I have grave concerns about the mobile units on the school's property. Additionally, vital 21st-century instructional supports, such as computer labs, have been comprised to make way for additional classrooms. Please consider the quality of education and student safety when making decisions!
