Fund Basic Special Education Services for Kindergarten through Third Grade

We need to do what is best for our children. I have Been a teacher for 18 years and can’t believe we even have to go through this to get funding !

Please consider! Our K-3 Basic students need additional help and that needs to be funded. These students deserve the same assistance with their different ability to learn just like those that are complex or intense.

Please look out for our littlest ones. When they come to me in high school, the problems are compounded. Thank you!

How is best service to a child to WAIT years before providing service? The window of nuerological development during these critical early childhood years is key to early intervention making the greatest impact on the trajectory of a child’s educational experience and future!

If you finally find these special service areas, you must not take away from any other area of educational funding that impacts students.

Please help fund basic special education needs for students in grades K to 3. We need to make sure we have a adequate resources to make them successful.

I'm not sure why politicians thought little kids didn't need extra funds in K-3 in special education, but it is far from the truth. They need small group instruction. They need specialized materials and instruction, too.

Our schools, students, and teachers need this to pass!

Our students need these services at this critical age of development. Early intervention often keeps students from falling further behind others. This is the key to helping students reach grade level expectations.
