Since the current Town Council majority has disregarded grassroots input for other issues, I am fear that this petition will have a similar fate. I think the Town's governance structure should also add a provision to allow public referendums.

I fail to see why the Town shouldn't follow state law on this issue. Voters should know of ALL candidates standing in an election.
