Unsanctioned Camping is Unsafe! Fully Fund Compassionate Intervention!

Stop Council Members Sawant and O'Brien from playing politics with the Homeless encampments. They are out of touch with what the citizens of Seattle want!

The camps are dangerous. The navigation teams are working.

Sawant has done enough.

Sawant is out of touch with her base, let the rest of us pay taxes so our city can be overcome with illegal encampments.

Homeless camps are unsafe, unsanitary, and should be removed

The greens-spaces and public spaces are funded and payed for the taxpayers. We the taxpayer have a right to exist in those spaces as they were intended. The homeless issue is regrettable, but putting that burden on the taxpayers is wrong. And while many of the homeless suffer issues, the permissive govt approach only enables them. Many of these folks need to take accountibility for their own actions and choices. Allowing encampment does not help them, but rather only penalizes taxpayers through no fault of their own.

Compassion is NOT allowing people to sleep out in the open, exposed to the elements and compassion is not subjecting non-homeless to the increasing crime, health issues and eyesore that encampments are becoming.

Allowing people to live outside is not humane or compassionate.

Warehousing people outdoors is NOT compassion, it's stupidity. Enforce the law. Give what services you can to those who want them, but stop trashing our city and giving up on people by allowing them to live outside the law and outdoors.

These illegal sites are degrading to our community. They are a health hazard, a criminal refuge, and not safe for the community in general and also for the temporary homeless.

Get people out of encampments and into real housing. We don't need any more used toilet tissue in the parks.

Enough is enough. STOP ENABLING

The time is now to end encampments and get people out of the cold and in to real housing solutions.

The city has enough money to build housing for the homeless. I am against allowing encampments to be anywhere within the city. It is unsafe and unhealthy for the people living there.

Please stop the addict encampments. Sweep them every day!!!!!
