T-Mobile: Acknowledge or Remove the 3.8mb/s data cap on The Full Monty Plan

The Full Monty Plan is designed to be unlimited. This should mean truly unrestricted, uncapped internet on customers' phones. Many users have complained that they can reach no more than 3.8mb/s on their devices. Now that HSDPA+ is available and 4G LTE is around the corner, this is unacceptable. Users with the Super Internet add-on have reported much better speeds. Even those using Pay As You Go SIMs get faster internet. Why should users on T-Mobile's top tariff be penalised? Worst of all, T-Mobile denies that such a cap exists. It should either be acknowledged, so that users know what they are getting, or, ideally, removed completely so that everyone can receive the speeds their devices are capable of. We implore T-Mobile to be honest with their customers, and acknowledge or remove the speed caps on the Full Monty Plan.
