I was disgusted to hear about the incident that occurred last week. However this isn't an isolated incident. Carlow town park is an area that should be accessible for everyone to enjoy, not a haven for thugs to run loose and intimate people. Security is a necessity.

This is a disgrace what happened to Eoin and it's not the first time an attack has happened in the park it's not a safe place for families anymore which is a shame.
