This is an introductory petition to rally a general number of students in the Full Sail University Online degree who have been affected by the negligence of instructors and faculty members to help with assignments, respond to any emails or other such methods, and/or any other grievances that may have severely affected the educational process.

Game Design - We are paying for a service that is not being provided. The expectation is that the professors will teach the material and show up to lectures, just as they would on campus. We, as online students, are extremely flexible and understanding with time constraints, emergencies, and technical difficulties even amongst the barrage of our professors telling us the same behavior is unacceptable of us. Still, we cannot continue to pay for this service that is not being provided, i.e. professors that do not show up to lecture times, are not available to answer questions, do not hold office hours, and do not respond to emails. This behavior would not be tolerated at a campus school and it should not be tolerated at its online equivalent.
Game Design Most classes have had absentee teachers barely being involved in the course. Each class has just been a matter of click these links and watch this video to turn in an assignment. Rarely any class time with teachers. This has been a College Degree of google searching and reading documents online. I don't understand how this is allowed to be an online school when all they do is tell you to just look at websites and read them without barely any instructor help.
I left Full Sail because it's a degree mill. FS has no teaching to speak of unless you count Lynda and YouTube as your instructors. They are only interested in your student loan money and that's it. It's a rip off, transfer before it's too late my friends.
I am in game design and every month it seems that the professor respond less and less. Grading on assignments takes a really long time, for one class I did not even get to see grades on some of the assignments before the class disappeared; I wonder if those assignments were graded at all. The classes expect you to complete 2-3 assignments per week and professors cant even grade one assignment in two weeks. When grading does come along there will be no feedback. I could get 100 on one assignment and 50 on another and not know what I did right or wrong making me feel doomed to make the same mistakes. I really fear that I'm wasting a lot of money (money that could buy a car or pay for rent for a year) and a lot of time too. I hope a faculty member at Full Sail sees this so they can at least address our concerns.
Bachelor of Science in Music Business. Count me in. I believe in a full educational experience if anyone is paying for it.

I HATE THIS SCHOOL with a passion I am currently going to be withdrawing after april courses. This is the worst case of instructing that I have had at the few colleges I have attended. I have wasted my G.I. Bill that i earned with my blood, sweat and tears. This school has to be the worst at hiring online instructors to teach because I have ran into multiple classes so far after being in this school that I have been taught by Youtube. I have already wasted enough money of my G.I. Bill and it angers me. I hope this school's online program gets shut down until they can guarantee the teaching of their students.
