We the undersigned would like to state we have lost confidence in the current Council. This is due to a number of recent badly managed issues including the Council fighting against having security gates for residents, not listening to residents regarding the Elm Park fieldworks, Councillors walking out on residents at meetings and now planning to spend over £100,000 on an office extension during a recession, without looking at cost effective alternatives. We request the current council suspend the plan to extend the offices and carry out a full spending review. If the council fail to do this, we would ask that each councillor resign and dissolve the council in order to protect the interests of residents
The feedback I keep receiving from local residents shows a clear pattern of frustration with these mismanagement issues. Post this link on your Facebook page today and tag your local councillors to demand a full spending review. We need to keep pressure on them while they consider this unnecessary office extension.

The scale of this response shows the Council that residents are tired of being ignored. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three neighbors to keep this pressure building. We need to force them to look at our demands before they lock in that office spending.

Absolute joke. 100k for an office when the rest of us are struggling to make ends meet? Get a grip.
