Amway was fully investigated and the ruling was determined that Amway was a legitamate business model, and not the alleged "illegal pyramid."
FTC vs FHTM -is about saving an industry, and clear abuse of power by the FTC. All MLM companies only pay out on customer volume. Few people make money because few people work the business..
The facts will be told in the Supreme Court soon, if this is not resolved soon.. All Direct Sales Professionals need to sign this petition and make a stand, or your company can be the next on FTC attack list..
No company is safe from these false allegations, please state the Direct Sales Company you represent will you sign the petition.
This list will be provided to each states Governor, Attorney Generals, Supreme Court.

So tired of them picking on mlms. If you dont want to put in the work then dont join. simple as that.
Amway already proved this legal years ago. Why are we still dealing with this garbage in 2014???
Total witch hunt. The FTC needs to stay out of private business. I support FHTM 100 percent.
Ridiculous. My team works hard and we sell real products. Leave us alone.
Unbelievable waste of taxpayer money. Stop trying to kill small business owners.
