This company is obviously an investor fraud, they took our money and haven’t produced one thing but continue to distribute new shares to the company heads after reducing our value by one share for every 201 share we paid for. They need to be in prison!
This company us all smoke and mirrors. After a tour of the facility I quickly sold 780,000 shares . Theres nothing there a old building with asbestos insulation falling off old water pipes, embarrassing for them but they dont care how its presented. Terrible investment
I've lost ALOT, the only press releases they announce are new addition of board members giving aways thousands and thousands of options - THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY MONEY, Ive never seen anything like this. What makes it worse, they are mostly Doctors, with the some of the most if not most unethical practices Ive ever seen
Cheating lying Fraudsters is putting it lightly. Worst part they used a 201/1 split (not 200/1) because they were keeping everything that was a partial share. In my case they kept a .75 share worth over $100 at the time
I had 100000 shares with average cost of 0.29. I have Sold 90000 shares at 0.045 with big loss. The remaining 10000 shares reduced to 50 shares only. I have big loss due to their fake promises. Please let me know if you have any options to recover this big loss.

Lost $2k. Company appeared to be pulling our strings and betting on either their press releases or lack of updates to artificially mess with the price. After that, they split. No news related to their initial goals of the grow facility in Canada or whether they're actually attempting to grow, make, or sell anything.

Ive Lost almost $29,000 due to these lieing Fraudsters. As the shareholders we have received nothing but lies and false promises with nothing ever following through.
