How can Florida expect students to learn a completely new way for a standardized test. Why can't they keep the good ol FCAT and a regular EOC for Biology, Geometry, Algebra 1 & 2, etc. Personally, I am a pretty good student, especially in algebra 1. My teacher basically had no idea what to expect on the EOC. It was very difficulty. The practice packets barley helped and most questions on the test were difficult to answer. Right after I finished my test and went outside my testing room EVERY student said "that test was SO hard." All you heard were complaints. Most kids, me included, and sure they failed the test. Don't even get me started on the no calculator portion, that was pure hell. Next week is my FSA Biology EOC and I am so not looking forward to that. SO THIS IS MY PETITION TO END THE FSA. I LOVE MY STATE BUT THIS TESTING IS RIDICULOUS.
