Ending FSA Testing

FSA testing pulls students out of class and they miss material and teaching time. The students who are in higher level classes with Juniors and Seniors who don't have to test are especially affected because those teachers continue to teach regardless of testing. Also, many students miss school for AICE and AP testing, and state EOCs like Algebra 2, Geometry, and Biology which actually benefits them in the future whereas FSA testing does not. Schools can be evaluated in other ways than pullin students out of class.

We have been taught since third grade how to answer FCAT questions. Now we have to answer to a new formatted and oddly worded question.

fsa is pointless because students already have tests all through out the year and they have begging of the year exams and end of the year exams . there is way too much testing and work for kids and this is adding an even bigger amount of work for kids .

It shouldn't be how well you can do on this test it should be how much you know all the stuff. Figure out a different way because I don't try at l on them. Doesn't mean I don't know how to do it. It just pisses me off...

Standardized assessments like this don't show students real skill, and are useless wastes of time considering how most of thsee tests are irrelevant because I have known how to read and comprehend what I've read since at least the 4th grade. I find it hard to understand why we are still beating this dead horse called "FCAT" and haven't changed this broken system
