You have to take care of who takes care of you. Be considerate. It’s been hard on everyone. Aloha

Your employees are more valuable than you think!! They are the first faces in YOUR business. They represent YOU! Treat them well. Their health and safety is the highest priority to YOUR success.

Please take care of your EMPLOYEES FIRST, so that they will want to stick around to take care of "your" visitors!!! Otherwise, they may want to go somewhere else, then YOU will be in the front!! Maybe that's what you want??

The key to getting business back is making team members and guests feel safe. While 99+% of people who get COVID19 survive, the fear that has been created around the country, requires a response to create the feeling of safety. Meeting with the team is something you have never hesitated at Julie, then review the ideas, get back to them with a plan to create safety.

You want to open? Your customers want you to open? Then protect the workers you have so they can make a paycheck and you can make your profits and guests can book their reservation and come. It’s Not rocket science!

Employees on the front lines of any commerce should have the right to express their concerns about health and safety especially if in direct contact with the public.

This lockdown been going for a while now, a big company like yourself should already have safety measures in effect for all employees. Higher management should put themselves out on the front line an entire day without any protection and see how vulnerable they'll feel. Such a disappointment Hilton "Hawaiian" Village!!

Right now is the perfect time to hear management’s game plan in protecting their team members, and to share that with our Front Desk ohana. They will be in direct contact with guests! Think about their safety and their families! Last minute is not the way to go, when a cure is found and hastily wanting to open business again.
