Transparency and good communication is key during unprecedented times. If time is needed to change policies, have open, honest, and timely conversations with your employees. It’s a simple thing to do.

Little disappointed that we need to sign petition to request for safer work environment from one of the biggest companies. I had to ask if I can wear a mask....Hilton needs to provide safe and healthy work environment without questions asked!! Provide us with disposable mask, gloves, cleaning supplies and equipments along with plexiglass shields across our front desk counters!!!

HHV Employees are the backbone of the company. The returning guests' visit for the employees and service receive. Management needs to show compassion & loyalty to their Employees before guests'!! Employee Safety Matters!!

Safety has always been the most important issue of all and today I think we need to specify carefully for the safety in this situation with Covid 19. Making our guests feel safe and comfortable should come from the employees are safe and confident in our work environment. Mahalo for your working together as one team.

It’s going to take quite some time to get back to a normalcy in Hawaii’s tourism industry, and as we do a certain level of safety, precautionary measures would need to be requested from our leading management team as we welcome employees back. Proper safety training, supplies, will provide us with a healthy strong working environment. So that in turn as we do open our island paradise with the Aloha spirit our guess are known to expect, we also will be able to provide them with a safe, team & management working together, warm and inviting hospitality experience.
