Just seen the horrible story about Heather Elvis on Crime Watch. I feel so sorry for her family. Those two people should of stayed in jail!

this case is taking way too long to go to trial. We need a new judge or someone who can get some action. No one should have to go through this torture.

If you have charges against you I feel you shouldn't be able to move out of the state.I had an ex-boyfriend on an ankle monitor . While we were going through the court . He still chose to come to the house to see if he could get in . The only thing that made me feel safe with that I knew that he was on the ankle monitor . I knew that Ory County police would be at my house and they were . These people were charged with murder along with other consequences . They should not be let out to move around to live their lives like nothing happened . You make your bed and lie in it . If you have been arrested for a crime you should be held responsible which means you stay in your town until the court case has been done . It is injustice to allow people accused of murder to move to another state until their trial. They should suffer as long as the trial goes on . If you put yourself into a situation that is bad then you are responsible for what goes on .
