Dr. Frederick has done an excellent job so granting the state in which he inherited the university. The institution needs a forward thinking and transformational individual like him at this point in its history. I am in full support of his work and leadership, and him to remain as the president of the institution.

Dr. Frederick has had to make difficult decisions to keep Howard University fiscally sound for the next 150 years. When trying to right the ship you are bound to encounter the intransigent protectors of the status quo, but the status quo will no longer do. The time has come to get on board with change or be left in the dust bin of history on the wrong side, out of fear of taking a chance on doing the difficult task.
