I'm so grateful that people have felt empowered to report. I hope the curriculum for this course isn't just based on prevention but emphasizes the rights and support network in place for individuals when we are assaulted. I hope that the University prioritizes these programs.

I have received 11 emails about sexual violence involving VT students in the last 6 days, this is not okay. This makes people live in fear and takes a huge toll on them, and should be addressed with better education and awareness.

This could not be more important!!! It's totally ridiculous how not talked about this is for incoming students.

An in-person seminar for ALL incoming students is a great idea. Male and female; its important to see emphasis put on how situations can become something unexpected for both victim and offender.

We need to handle this extremely prevelant issue right now, we cannot wait any longer, we cannot afford another victim.

Sexual assault is unacceptable in all its forms, period. Thank you for being the vocal advocate of this most necessary and important seminar for ALL students.
