The Seattle Mariners used to have world renowned garlic fries. Everyone's favorite treat was made with fresh, chopped garlic. Management decided using freshly chopped garlic was "inefficient" and proceeded to replace the garlic with prepackaged, soggy garlic. I think every Mariner's fan will agree that the new fries are a far cry from the aromatic, fresh, and delicious garlic fries of the past.
