History is what makes a city. Without it, the city is lost. Tallahassee has a huge problem with destroying its significant historical sites, and coming from a city that destroyed all of it's history in the late 80s, once all of it's gone, there is no going back.

I am an alumnus of Florida State University. I know that there is plenty of housing for students and minimal for others who reside in Tallahassee with families. Please do not build this new housing here and leave these tallahassians without proper housing.

If student housing is needed, then please put it elsewhere, not here. This is a charming neighborhood with historical homes and character. These large temporary looking student housing units can be put out of sight elsewhere. Imposing the student lifestyle in a historic neighborhood shows a lack of judgement.

Frenchtown deserves to be revitalized, and plopping student housing in the middle of it does not fit with its character.

Respect for the neighborhoods city of Tallahassee... this is not respectful AT ALL... FSU can find other locations for these large institutional apt complexes and the problems that surround them.
