I have been hearing from so many of you who find the permanent removal of LeGarrette from the team just as difficult to accept as my family does. We are currently finalizing the package to send to the Athletic Department to show them that this decision leaves a lot of us feeling abandoned by the program.

Seeing this level of support for LeGarrette honestly leaves me speechless. Knowing that so many fellow Duck fans agree that he deserves a fair path back to the field makes me feel like we are finally being heard.

He made a mistake but the season is over for him already. Kids do stupid stuff when they are heated. Let him come back after a few games.
It was just a punch. Seen way worse in sports. Bring him back.

Ridiculous punishment. The other guy taunted him and got nothing!
Everyone just needs to calm down. He apologized. Let the kid play ball.

Total overreaction by the school. A suspension for a few games is one thing but taking his whole season is just wrong.
