Since May I have been unable to lawfully exit the country of Honduras. Even after offering my truck as bond, the judge has shown bias against me by refusing my petition to travel freely. More absurd is that since the charges against me are making threats, logic would dictate that if someone was really afraid of me they would feel better if I was out of the country. This petition is to ask the US State Department that they investigate why their request for me as a US citizen as stated in all passports " to pass without delay or hindrance" is not being respected. It is asking they do all in their power to make sure justice is being done in this case and that I am no longer a prisoner of this country for unjustified reasons.
