This reeks of corruption. In no way can it be legal to hold a dog for 6 years. I would think this would be grounds for Animal Cruelty charges against the City. I would think the City would provide a complete medical update as well as current dated pictures of Brindi to prove that proper care has been provided and release this dog back to the owner. Dog aggressive or not, she has never threatened or injured a human being....
Maybe a full on boycott on tourism should be instituted and let the world know what these city officials are actually like. Social media will spread this like wildfire.
