The girl has made some really farfetched claims against this young man. The judge should at the very least require her to produce proof of any of this...pregnancy, miscarriage, & abuse. As a female, I know have manipulated one can be with a young man that was raised the way he was. Please release him to his dad.

It is very important for someone to have family support. Please allow him to deal with these issues which obviously was falsely accused with his family. His father has been a dear friend to me and my family and has been there for my sister.who was mentally I'll and was so kind and gentle to her. Please give him the opportunity to help his son.

Zach is being held on frivolous charges and a unreliable claim from a delusional lover that couldn't accept the end of a relationship. He is a upstanding citizen and his freedom should be restored immediatly.

The judge keeps granting continutation after continuation to an incompetent prosecution. I guess the right to a fair and speedy trial doesn't exist in Winona. We love you, Zach! Stay strong brother!

I personally k mow Zachary Rivera. He is an amazing individual, and a great person all around. This has to seem like a nightmare for him. He's always smiling and helping others on a regular basis. This is a huge mistake that had happened. His friends and family miss him dearly, please let my brother come home.
