My son is 27 years old. While visiting his girlfriend in MN for the first time because she claimed she was 5 weeks pregnant and miscarried twins. She admitted she set him up to get arrested for a dwi. The cops were waiting for him at the place she told him to go. During all this time secretively she was making false claims of abuse. Mind you she bailed him out and brought him home. Mind you she has come to GO multiple occasions to spend time with him while still manipulating claims of abuse yet she brings him into her home. The day before he is set to leave the cops arrive at her house and immediately he's charged with four felonies and three misdemeanors. This petition is to bring my son home. He has no priors. He is alone. Far away from friends and family and support group. With all respect I'm asking the Judge to let him come home and if necessary serve his probation where he has family. My son is not well mentally and suffers from anxiety,ptsd and depression. He needs his family and I need him more. Please sign this to show that you agree and support my son. Thank you
