This petition is for a Model Citizen ( GOD fearing, loving supportive husband of 33 years and father for 31 years, community leader, outstanding brother, uncle, friend, counselor, former mayor and disabled veteran) to be granted relief from Leon County Jail, to work on appeals process of harsh and cruel sentencing rendered on January 23, 2013. A Supersedeas Bond, is a process designed to stop enforcement of a trial or court judgment brought up for review. With aforementioned Model Citizen fitting ALL qualifications of Supersedeas Bond; unjustly and with prejudice they were denied!!!!!!
