This is ridiculous how the EPA has attacked this citizen. Also as the EPA has been overreaching for years, they are now being reigned in and therefore this entire issue should be thrown out and expunged.

Stop the government over reach, implementing these ungodly emission requirements that gives our vehicles half the life at double the price bad enough we’re making decisions on weather to eat or bay bills….

Free him ... trucks run and work better being deleted... if we have to pay for them, we citizens should be able to delete our trucks.. majority government vehicles don't even follow the laws.

This is necessary. Far too long have business owners being exploited by these regulations leaving them crippled with the costs that come with it. DEF is now $4.58/ gal. This makes no sense. I pray that this man is freed and exonerated with Donald Trump following up by pardoning him

TAKE AWAY THE ERG MESS!!! IM SICK OF IT! MY TRUCK HAS TO CRANK UP BY ITSELF, AND SHUT DOWN BY ITSELF, WAKING ME UP... INSTEAD OF CONSTANTLANTLY RUNNING, AND I SLEEP GOOD.... IF WE GO ON STRIKE, WHAT WOULD YOU YOU DO??????

These DEF systems are a train wreck. We got bad DEF and it cost $1800 to fix and the dealership had our truck for 3 weeks. DEF systems cause huge crippling expenses and damage to our trucks for those of us in the freight industry. It messes up our expensive equipment and leaves us without a way to make a living and take care of our families. We know many people that have had trouble, including ourselves. I have seen videos where it truly damages the vehicle and gunks up the engine. Talk to people you will find there is a lot wrong with this. Old school mechanics say trucks need to breath. Thank you for your attention and help in this matter

Please pass this bill. I have to file for bankruptcy because of these DPF filter. No one want touch these truck on road. And dealers have months waiting for fix these problems.

For nearly one year I’m working only to pay for those huge bills related to emissions problems so I’m thinking to quit trucking after 20 years as an owner operator only because of this.
