I am a 20 year navy veteran who has belonged to three different M/C clubs since retiring from the navy. I have been to many COC meetings here in Oklahoma (yes! almost every state has the COC meetings), and have seen no violence at any of the meetings. This guilty by association has really gotten out of hand.

If you have something legitimate under US law and legally under the Constitution of the United States on any of these people then by all means, hold them and process them quickly as it states in the Bill of Rights. If you don't have a constitutional right to hold them and are only holding them until they sign away their Constitutional rights to sue the police then you are wrong. You are so wrong that you should be trading places with those Bikers that you are unjustly holding. You are not above the law, You are guided by it and fall under it just as everyone else does in America! Get that thru your thick skull's...!

This is out of control! Innocent until proven guilty!! Conspiracy charges are so bogus. The only conspiracy here is the one to railroad innocent people.

The police, prosecutors, and judges need to release the bikers and abide by the same laws we have to. Just because you wear a badge or have some authority, does not mean your a god. There are bad people everywhere in this world and just because we ride a bike, patched in or not doesn't mean we are bad people. We do more good for our country and for all whom reside in it by mistake than you so called do gooders do on purpose. If all of us that ride would unite as one, we can take back our country and bring it back to what our fore father's fought for.

This is just so much B.S. handed out by law enforcement. It just never seems to end. How about initiating the R.I.C.O. act on them?

My comments aren't civil enough.. Proven until proven guilty? Let our boys go home. They have jobs. Family to support. Brothers to lay to rest. This is disgusting.

It's wrong keeping innocent men prisoner. Free the bikers and jail the DA, cops, etc who put them there.

An injustice, why is there no video available. Disclosure of warrants?

I served 27 years in the United States military, I took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic. My service time is over, but the oath never ends, I just never in my life thought the enemy would be domestic until now.

How many innocent bikers are being held is outrageous. Let them come home with their families
