The courtyard doesn’t need “fixing.” It’s beautiful and a nice escape during the school day.

Hello! With all due respect, I also request that we keep the beautiful trees in our courtyard. While I was in high school my little walks through the courtyard were what helped me to clear my mind between classes. I am one of many people who recharge and destress by being in nature, and with long busy school days every moment outside with the trees I could get was cathartic. Plus aesthetic appeal is so important for school, and nothing is more aesthetic than nature while nothing is less aesthetic than artificial turf. I do not know the reasons behind why this remodeling is being done, but I sincerely hope it can be at least paused for the time being and perhaps pitched to the constituents of the school? I am sure that would be greatly appreciated and improve the reputation of an already amazing administration. :) Thank you and have a great day!

Moved into that building when it was first opened. That courtyard holds so many memories, the memorial crapes, the bricks, the nature. Please maintain it as it is know since 1997!!

Please don’t take away our court yard. It is one of the only places where you can take a breath without the suffocating artificial school air. It’s refreshing and relaxes the tension school creates. Putting in turf would further plunge our school into a pitiful plastic place no student would enjoy. So again please don’t take our court yard.
