The purpose of customs is to protect the public. It defies any moral code to destroy the hard work of so many to create this healthful alternative to all the dangerous drugs that come to our ports? Common sense must prevail over the omission of a single word in a document, and those that err to defy common sense do not serve the people and should be held accountable.

A prime example of why such important work can't be replaced by AI as most case needs careful and very much context dependent consideration. I'm sure the tea will be released once they have a good look at the situation here.

Chinese medicine is a system of medicine based on thousands of years of observation about how to live in harmony with the environment. Certified Chinese medicine practitioners use Chinese herbal teas to help with disease prevention and for enhancing health. The teas may also be used to address acute illnesses. Could you please free our teas from custom services.

Please do not destroy this shipment of precious tea due to a clerical error - it is not one that can be replaced and so many people have worked hard to produce this tea. It is an honest mistake in form filling (as evidenced by the other forms that were filled out satisfactorily) and there is no need to destroy such a precious commodity.

It would be such a shame to lose this precious tea. It needs so much time, experkence and hard physical work of many people to result in a high quality tea. Please don't let it all be lost!
