UK Customs - release the tea! It's just tea! Move your focus to human trafficking... drug trafficking... arms trafficking... there's lots for you to do, and many other things worthy of destruction! Not the tea! It's good for you, for Christ's sake!

After explaining the situation and after the correction you should definetely free this tea. If you do not care for circumstances, then your work is useless. This is like execution without judge.

Clearly this is just a silly error in the paperwork. How they could destroy a simple shipment of tea due to this is beyond me.

I have problems all time with HMRC . They sometimes try and charge 150% of actual cost of tea. Also they add delivery cost to total which is always wrong!! Free the tea!!!

A lot of beautiful tea was produced. Weeks of actual work and many caring hands with lots of experience were needed to craft this. Nothing was hidden from you, it was a simple mistake. I believe you know that there is no real need to waste those precious fruits of labour. PLEASE free the tea! Let common sense prevail!
