Good tea importers are rare and difficult to find and Mei Leaf is one of the few. A simple clerical error should not cause the destruction the tea. There are so many other areas border security should focus their energy. Be reasonable and release the tea!

Mei Leaf is serious, accurate and noble company with immaculate reputation.
They care a lot about their customers and i can prove it if i need too.
They are a really good and descent people,(not an illegal traffics group) this is not their fault at all, all of their product are top quality and they means a lot to me and my family, so please Custom i'm asking your generosity and compassion to my friends, they are not criminals, they only bring the best tea to the UK, remember that Chinese Custom Legislation it is completely different from our so it is an easy mistake made by the Chinese Shipment Team.
There is not a malicious thing behind the curtains.
Please, i know you have the power to put down the case against Mei leaf and i promise that mistakes of this nature won't happen again.
