It is indeed a sad day when insignificant clerical errors result in the destruction of wonderful tea, a product that in the least provides happiness to the consumer and brings people together. This is such a typical error of suppliers who also due to their size don’t have tremendous experience in exports.

What a tragedy! It would be great if customs could be cool about this. No need to destroy precious gifts from our dear mother nature over such a silly mistake.

Given previous consistent, similar dealings, there is little reason to assume bad faith. This good faith clerical mistake gives rise to an all but arbitrary government taking developed countries denounce, not celebrate. Free the tea.

Please allow Don's shipment through. Mei Leaf is a very reputable and trusted company. I 100% stand behind them and certainly hope that their excellent tea is not destroyed due to a written error. Surely something can be done.
