UK Customs should be looking at individual cases with a sense of leniency currently as business owners up and down the country are literally struggling to comply with all the new requirements. Obviously there will be mistakes - if UK Customs could facilitate the easy ammending of documents, or the simple making-good of these genuinely innocent errors, they would do the most they could to help the economy to recover and thrive at a time it is facing 2 major obstacles (Covid and Brexit).

Please release tea. I’m sure this was an honest mistake by the supplier. I’ve been buying tea from Mei Leaf for a year now and only them and I live in the USA. I TRUST thier products. I drink only Mei Leaf tes’s and it would be a wast for this tea to be destroyed. This company puts in a lot of hard work to source pure teas. Please RELEASE!

Please release this tea from customs control. Tea is a beautiful gift from nature with so many peoples efforts to care for the plant, pick, process, select and import it. Please do not destroy the product.

Please dont destroy this tea due to an error. The business relying on this tea would be devastateeded. bbesides by destroying it you're shorting the government of tax dollars so theres that too.
