Call for The Corp at Georgetown to make soy milk free just like regular milk is for coffee. We shouldn't have to pay more because we can't drink actual milk. Its not a choice its a need.
The conversation surrounding this petition has highlighted how many students require dairy alternatives for their health. I am currently preparing a formal letter to the management team at The Corp to request a meeting regarding this pricing policy.

I'm lactose intolerant and have been avoiding corp coffee since freshman year because of this up-charge. It might only be 60 cents but sometimes soy is the only option.

It is unreasonable that such unhealthy (cow's milk) forms of beverage toppings, or any other consumables for that matter, should be priced strategically above those of lesser quality (both with respect to its health properties as well as its relative level of humanity). Soy milk takes much less energy to produce than cow's milk, and it should be considerably cheaper. It's healthier, so we should promote its ease-of-access to the public. Thank you for listening.

I completely agree! We should not have to pay more for something that prevents cruelty with cows.

I've thought about this since my freshman year, like the Corp could neutralize the price of soy (I get it, it's expensive) by increasing the price of coffee marginally.

Stop overcharging people who don't like to torture cows!
