You’re not doing right by the outdoor community nor the world at large. I’ve been a loyal customer over the years and I’ve bought a lot of stuff. I’ll be buying it elsewhere now.

You own the word “backcountry”, as much as Vail owns the name Park City. It’s not your intellectual property. You copied it from the person that invented the word.
