I want to support a backcountry.com that supports the community as a whole. I encourage you to re-consider your trademark suits and provide accurate compensation to the small businesses and more importantly the stewardship organizations you have hurt.

Shame on you for taking a term we all hold so dear and turning it into a weapon against others. My boyfriend and I spent over $1000 with you last month. We have now unsubscribed and will not return until you make this right with every company you ran over.

And give back in time and financial support for education programs (think avalanche safety) and encouraging the non-motorized and motorized community to work together to keep the backcountry open to all!

Ridiculous, apparently Jonathan Nielsen thinks he can trademark any common word in the dictionary. I say "no" you can't!
