Appalling and outrageous. Perfect examples of why police and prosecutors cannot be trusted. When will the good police and prosecutors step up and take on the bad ones? Frank Serpico raised this issue 40+ years ago. We're still waiting.

I believe Brendan was wrongfully convicted because there was no physical evidence to link him to the murder of Teresa Halbach and he made his confession under the influence and suggestions of the investigators.

I don't know what is worse? No justice for Theresa, the fact that a killer is free or that 2 men lost their lives to this due to corruption. It is sickening. They all deserve a fair trial.

Watched the Netflix series and am sickened that our justice system is so broken and has so shamefully failed these two men. How the police officers, prosecuting lawyers and judges that were involved in these cases can sleep at night is beyond me. Praying for both men that justice will some day be served.

I think Brendan should be released and at the least he should get a new trial. He had a horrible lawyer and was not fairly represented and he is of a low IQ and a minor at the time and was forced to confess.

The documentary was incredibly intense. My heart goes out to Theresa's family and everyone involved. It’s clear to me that both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey were innocent. It’s deeply disheartening to see that those we rely on to uphold the law often end up failing us. Sadly, we live in an era where connections often matter more than justice, and many people choose to ignore these unjust situations. I really do hope the truth will come out and the justice system will be held responsible for all their actions including tampering with evidence and planting evidence. They know exactly what they have done and what they were doing.

Clearly Brendan should not be held with a mental capacity of a child he should not be imprisoned, held up in court and should be released. It is obviously he does not know what happened. Further more the previous involving county/ state had a clear interference in both cases in framing Steven Avery. Both should be released and court proceeding against the medaling officers state/county
