Contraceptives are free yet we have sex through choice, having a period is not something we choose to have yet we have to pay for the sanitary products when we do. How is this right???

No woman should have to suffer because of a natural occurrence which guarantees the continuation of our species. Society has a duty to support all women in every way including free products for their comfort and safety.
Contraceptives are free yet we have sex through choice, having a period is not something we choose to have yet we have to pay for the sanitary products when we do. How is this right???
