Free parking should always be available for any Binghamton events. There is also a desperate need for parking which should be addressed. Lack of parking deters people from going to the shops and restaurants downtown and to the large chain stores instead.

I feel that the arts are very important, especially in today’s world. By having free parking, you are making it easier for people to attend and enjoy the arts.

I strongly support the proposal for free parking on first Fridays in downtown Binghamton.
I would definitely be there if there more often if there were free parking or the trolley. In fact, if there was a trolley running from State St. to downtown a few days a week, I would be going to Binghamton a lot more than I do now. Parking is the only thing keeping me away

They should do the trolley or BC transit from Stadium parking lot every weekend. There are so many great businesses downtown that would benefit from this!

People are more inclined to participate in activities downtown when they don't have to worry sbout feeding a meter.
