The University of Tennessee requires that students carry $300 of their own money on a "Dining Dollars" card each semester. The university allows students to use those cards at restaurants both on and off campus - but only at certain restaurants the university has contracts with (regardless of how far those restaurants are from campus). Students deserve the right to use their own money on the Dining Dollars card at restaurants that are convenient to the university - specifically at those establishments serving food on the Cumberland Avenue Strip. We are asking the University of Tennessee to STOP holding student money hostage and allow students to eat at convenient restaurants on Cumberland Avenue with their own money.

it makes no sense that i have to walk all the way across campus when there is perfectly good food right on the strip that i cant even use my own money for
Just let us use the money at chipotle. It would be so much easier for everyone.
RIDICULOUS how they lock our cash into these contracts. Stop prioritizing corporate deals over student needs!!
Aramark has a total monopoly and the food options are honestly terrible. give us back our freedom to eat where we want!
