I believe juniors and seniors should be able to leave for lunch and come back by the next class period. When the school keeps students on campus it makes the students want to leave. First of all, the food isn't as good as it should be but we can have Better food from In n out or Whataburger, everyone knows cafeteria food is not that appetizing. For students to concentrate better, don't we need a good meal to keep our brains functioning right?if we are eating food we don't like were most likely to only eat a portion of it so therefore I believe we do Secondly, if the school is concerned about students "skipping" class, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to keep track of attendance after lunch. Confront the student about their skipping and punish them for it. Punishment could mean cleaning the tables after everyone at lunch morning detention, or taking away off campus privileges,. Third of all, when students leave campus and come back , it shows that we understand the dedication we have to return and learn. Also my fellow students learn great responsibility and it's helping us be ready for our independent life as adults. It betters us as a person and as a whole
