Sadly this is an excellent example of how the courts act exactly like an abuser - claiming they care then enacting horrific and traumatic acts against those they claim to care about. I know all too well how court proceedings impact mothers and children. Twice now we've been wronged by a judge who claimed the childrens care was paramount, then made decisions which didn't align with those words. We can't let this keep happening.

As long as parents are silenced about the failings in the Family Justice System, children will continue to be harmed. Particularly if their father is abusive but the judiciary is not trained to identify or understand DA/DV/CCB/SA. The personality contest will always be won by those who are not emotionally involved in protecting their children, calm and collected wins the day, as their victims, the other parent, usually mothers are crying and pleading for judges to see what their ex is doing. Without any mandatory training on DA/DV/CCB/SA, how can justice be served? Without right to rectification on professionals opinions particularly in court reports, when the physical evidence shows otherwise, how can judges know that their judgments are judicially sound? We will not be silenced, we will collectively be heard!

Courts immediately grant custody to the father who wrongly accuses the Mother of alienation. The term should be banned. Or if the term is used, it must be backed up by evidence. I have been in the exact same position. My daughter’s father was granted custody as he wrongly accused me of alienation-with no evidence backing his claims. My daughters have suffered ever since. Something must be done to listen to these helpless children.
