This is a dereliction of duty and gross abuse of power. Human Rights attorneys are learning of this public case and all those conspiring to take this child from his mother by such secrecy and cause him life long trauma. Isn’t that a crime in Ireland and England ? I thought judges there were more considerate than in the US. An abusive parent should never have custody Or unsupervised visits. Cases in the US the abusive spouse has no custody for 5 years because judges know a parent cannot be a good parent when they tried to hurt the mother. Never would they put a child in such danger. Hope Harry is safe with his mother soon. Those who conspired to create this travesty of Justice should be liable for the damages Harry & his mother have suffered. And likely they should lose their jobs & licenses. That’s what happens here.

What is being done to this mother is a disgusting abuse of power and abusive to the child. It is unconscionable that the punishment for accused parental alienation is to actually alienate the mother. What is wrong with the courts????

This is appalling. I too have been persecuted by the Family Court in Melbourne, Australia for speaking in court about the abuse that my daughter's father was subjecting my daughter to - our Judge also subsequently placing our daughter in her abusers care, the Independent Children's Lawyer also refusing to speak to this young girl prior to court appearances and interim orders being made, both Judge and ICL ignoring all evidence of her wishes, her distress, her father's abuse and her desperation to be returned to me, before and since, including concerns and recommendations evidenced in: A report from a very highly experienced and regarded family violence consultant, A GP medical certificate and referral The psychologist appointed to our matter by our judge himself!!! Police involved My daughter's own pleading emails to me as well as an email she wrote to the judge himself. All evidence of her being at risk and being harmed in the care of her father -ignored, dismissed and minimised and our access to each other restricted even more. The Australian Law Reform Commission recommended that the Family Court be 'abolished' - its failings and harm done are so widely recognised. Family Courts the world over are criticised and condemned by UNHCR special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, Reem Alsalem, in her April 2023 report. When is this abuse of women and children by the systems charged with protecting them going to end? Systems which repeatedly fail and refuse to enforce legislation designed to prevent such injustices and PROTECT women and children from men's abuse? When is the system going to protect, instead of persecute, loving MUMS!!! When is the system responsible for PROTECTING children going to stop doing irreparable harm to innocent children?!

We are actively campaigning for changes to family procedural law to end the impunity awarded to family court judges and their band of merry men. These violations that only serve to harm children must end. @haguedmums

The insanity of family court/judges must stop. This is a global threat to all families and a human rights violation. These judges know about the. ACEScores, and don’t care about children. This is an appalling abuse of power and failure of those with responsibility to act in the best interests of a *child*!!! All too often, abusers manipulate the legal system to punish former victims, often harming their own children in the process. There is absolutely no excuse for anyone in the family court system being unaware of these dynamics, or allowing themselves to be manipulated in such unconscionable ways.
