The Animal Control Agency need to listen to the circumstances and the will of the family: you can't just take someone's pet, especially as all dogs would have reacted this way.

Let Marley go back to his family he was only doing the job he was taught to do. The neighbour should have kept their nose out as it wasn't them that nipped. I have a dog & she nips me sometimes when we are playing it's not intentional & I wouldn't dream of taking to to be PTS. Do they right thing let him home

His family are happy to love and keep him as they know he is not dangerous. It was a nip not a full attack at all. He has suffered enough and the owners have explained what happened. Please show some compassion for this poor dog and Family.

This is a travesty. Marley has survived Afghanistan and found a loving home with a family who adore him. Sometimes dogs do excited when children are playing but a nip is nothing if they were scared enough to bite then they would. Marley is had no intention of harming his family.
